GSCM: Science in the Kitchen

Description: Science and food make a sizzling combination!  Girls will be introduced to the basic principles of chemistry, physics, biology, and more through hands-on experiments.  For example, in the Science of Sugar session, you will learn about the science of sugar and the process that it goes through to make various types of candy.  Each date will be fun packed with different experiments; sign up for one or all!  Spring/summer sessions will be posted in January 2012.
